Location

Where is FavorsNPrints located?

We are located at 25 Kaki Bukit Road 4, Synergy@KB, #06-24, Singapore 417800, together with Kidz Party Store. You can visit us from 11am to 5.30pm except Mondays closed. You may fix a prior appointment with us if you require consultation on cake table setup services as our party planner may not be in should an advance appointment is not fixed. Order

Order of Standard Products

Do you reserve items (standard products)? 

Payment is required to secure the items. All unpaid orders submitted will be cancelled after 3 days. For cake / dessert table, confirmation of ability to take in order is required followed by payment to confirm the order.

Are your items ready stock?

We strive to maintain our stock online correctly. All items are ready stock unless stated as out of stock (oos) or sold out. If the quantity required is not available, you will be prompted by the system to make amendments. However, in any instance if an item ordered online is not available, we will contact the customer via email or phone call to make adjustment to the order.

Can I walk in to view and purchase your items?

Ready made items can be purchased off the shelves. For customized items, walk in purchase will not be possible as an advance order is required for printing etc. Please visit our showroom at 25 Kaki Bukit Road 4, Synergy@KB #06-24 during office hours. We are located just off Bedok Reservoir Road / near Tampines. For consultation service, please fix an advance appointment as our consultants may not be around when customer turned up.

 

Customized Prints & Cake Table

How many days in advance should I place orders?

For cake tables and dessert tables, we recommend at least 3-5 weeks in advance, as there is much planning, design and baking involved.  Kindly check with us if we have available delivery slots for cake table setup

For designed printed items, we need at least 5-7 working days (not including the day of order) before collection or mailing out. For rush printing, rush print job surcharge may apply.

Please note that we will confirm your order and/or reserve the date for you only after we have received full payment from you.

How can I place my orders?

You can place your orders online or you can visit our office at 25 Kaki Bukit Road 4, Synergy@KB, #06-24 to place your order. Some products are online diy self customized products, for such orders only online order is accepted.

For cake tables and dessert table orders, please email us your enquiry and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days

Otherwise, please kindly contact us at order@favorsnprints.com or 96673664or via the contact form. Please include the following information:

•   Your name

•   Your email address

•   Your contact number

•   The products you would like to order, including the quantities, flavors and sizes

•   Whether you would require delivery

•   Delivery/collection date

•   Event location if setup is required

 

Can I change my order after I have made payment?

Cake & Dessert Tables –We may not be able to accommodate to last min changes as we would have started on the design and fabrication process, or purchased materials and/or ingredients that require time to source. Should there be unforeseen circumstances, kindly inform us as soon as possible so we can see if we can make any form of arrangement.

Customized Prints Products – We do not accept any changes to the order once items are being sent for printing and confirmed by customer. No refund will be allowed.

 

Can I order by phone?

We do not take orders by phone for printed products or standard products, as it usually result in mistakes and confusion in the order.  Please place your order online or visit us at our showroom

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do for standard and customized printed products only. International customers may choose to make payment via paypal or credit card/debit card. Orders will be sent via international airmail or courier as per customer choice during checkout.

Decoration setup and food items are not allowed for international orders

 

Payment

How do I make payment?

Full Payment is required for order to be confirmed. All unpaid orders in shopping cart will be cleared after 3 days.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card and PayPal payment via our online shopping cart, and bank transfer for any of the 3 local banks. All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

For orders made at our store, only nets and cash are accepted.

 

Delivery / Collection

How much is delivery?

1) Door delivery services

For door delivery service, there is a charge of $24 per trip subject to schedule availability.

Delivery to Sentosa & Changi Airport will have an additional surcharge of $10. We do not do deliveries to tuas area. For more information, please refer to our shipping information page.

Delivery timing slots are from 10am to 6pm daily, depending on location and availability.

2) Courier delivery services

Postage is charged according to the weight of package and to the rates of the courier service provided, starting from $9.15. We will process your order within 1-2 working days following payment clearance. For customized printed products, please allow another 5-7 working days. This is excluding 1-2 working days delivery time required.

3) Self Collection

Self collection of standard party supplies and customized printed products is available at 25 Kaki Bukit Road 4 #06-24, Compass Point Unit 04-04 and 268 Upper Bukit Timah Road #01-10. Please select Self Collection option during checkout and state the intended date and time of collection in the message box. 3 days advance notice is required prior to collection for items to be sent to venue. Please see shipping terms for more details.

Our customer service will contact you via email / phone call within 2 working days (exclude sat & sun/public holidays) upon receiving your order. For urgent orders, please make your purchase direct at the showroom.

 

 Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Yes, We will update you via the system email on the status. Alternatively you can feel free to contact us regarding your order status.
 

What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?

We pack our mails with care to avoid damage in mail. Should there be any printing defect, please contact us so we can assist. No refund or free reprint will be entertained if the fault is found to be with the customer's responsibility.

 

Corporate

Does FavorsNPrints take corporate orders for gifts, favors or party setup?

Yes, we are delighted to provide lovely dessert table setups and customized deliciously baked or gifts for your employees and customers.

Corporate discounts are available. Call us or email and talk to us!  We will be happy to discuss with you about special pricing and delivery.

 

Decoration Services

Does FavorsNPrints provide decoration services for the items I ordered?

Party decoration services will only be provided as a package for the party/cake table/dessert table setup. For customers purchasing only customized printed products we will not be able to setup for you as the products are charged on a DIY pricing. For example, we do not provide the setup of the cake table for the DIY customized printing package.

Will FavorsNPrints send someone over to view venue for decoration?

No consultation services will be provided unless specifically stated by us. If you have a big event to plan for, feel free to contact us to enquire for such services. Otherwise, customers can also send us some photos of the venue and we can make some suggestions for decorations.

Do you have sample photos of your work done?

Yes. Please join our facebook to view the sample photos of our works. You may also find some inspirations for your own party. To join, simply click on the facebook icon at the left side panel of our website or our bulletin board page.


 

Baked Items

Does FavorsnPrints baked the cakes etc? 

We worked with creative confectioners, chocolatiers and pastry chefs to bring you quality products with signature style that you and your guests will remember. We do not baked any items like cakes, cupcakes etc but our partners are licensed operating bakery to provide the food items so all items are baked and processed under the strictest conditions required.

Are your baked goods halal?

The bakery that we worked with is not halal certified by MUIS. But that does make our pastries Haram (non-halal). The ingredients use for our pastries can be all alcohol-free and free of any animal by products if required like our normal cakes, cupcakes etc.
