Self Collection

Self collection of standard party supplies and customized printed products is available at Synergy@KB, 25 Kaki Bukit Road 4 #06-24, Compass Point #04-04 and 268 Upper Bukit Timah Road #01-10. Please select Self Collection option during checkout and state the intended date and time of collection in the message box. 3 days advance notice is required prior to collection for items to be sent to venue.

For urgent/rush orders, collection will usually be at our main office at Synergy@KB due to short lead time. Our customer service will confirm the venue of collection upon receiving your order.


Local Delivery

We will process your order within 2 working days following payment clearance. Please see the table below for estimated delivery time provided by Singapore Post once the item is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery time below does not include order processing and time required to get any customized item ready.

Normal mail: 2 working days
Registered mail: 2-3 working days
Local Courier: 1-2 working days

Normal and Registered Mail Postage fees are charged according to the weight of package and using the rates of Singapore Post as guidelines. The system will calculate the postage charges of your items during checkout.

Only registered mail postage will come with tracking number. Normal mail postage will come with Certificate of Posting provided by the post office as our proof of postage. No tracking is available for normal mail postage.

Local Courier with tracking number is a flat rate of $9.15 per shipment. Please note that this is a door step delivery service by a 3rd party service provider. Delivery will be according to the schedules of the service provider and customers will not be able to indicated a specific delivery timing.

We are not responsible for any packages lost during shipment for delivery by normal mail since no form of tracking is possible. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail or courier services.

We DO NOT RECOMMEND normal or registered mail for certain products like glass jars (fragile) and food items like chocolates as they can get damaged easily during shipping. Self collection / Courier / Door delivery is advised.

Food items like chocolates etc may melt during the course of delivery due to our hot weather and we will not be held liable.

Door Delivery:
All door delivery orders is subjected to schedule availability. Advance booking is advised. Door delivery is $24/trip (exclude any carpark, erp or entry charges we may incur). Delivery to Sentosa & Changi Airport will have an additional surcharge of $10. We do not do deliveries to Tuas area.

Door deliveries timing are available from 9am-6pm. For deliveries outside this timing, such deliveries will be subjected to our agreement. Should an agreement be acknowledged, there will be a surcharge in delivery fee and this will be informed to customer before order confirmation.

Our customer service will contact you via email / phone call within 2 working days upon receiving your order. We reserve the rights to reject any orders should we be unable to take the door delivery and alternative shipping options will be advised to customer.


Worldwide Delivery

We do worldwide delivery.

Postage is charged according to the weight of package and to the rates of Singapore Post.

For Normal / Registered International Airmail, once the package is ready for shipping, it takes approximately another 4-14* working days, depending on the country of delivery as follows:

Australia & Asia: 4-8 working days
UK & Europe: 4-12 working days
USA, Canada: 6-11 working days
Rest of World: 6-14 working days

For worldwide EMS (courier service), delivery is 2-4 days depending on country of destination.

For international shipping, please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. We are both bound by the carriers' policies. We will follow up any claims we can pursue and may need your cooperation should such a claim against a carrier arise.

Only registered international airmail postage and courier service will come with tracking number. We will not be liable for lost packages of shipping services without tracking services.

We are able to post the majority of our products internationally with a few exceptions like chocolates due to nature of the product.
